Leavenworth Local Hotel

I blocked my wedding suite and guests to stay here and it was an overall good experience. We definitely had some bumps with a few receptionists and getting some of the rooms booked, but the service during our stay was impeccable and everyone was very friendly. I loved the way the room was laid out, having full sized amenities, and the mattress was the best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel.

Great location. Very unique hotel with rooms that meet so many different needs. Loved the idea of making the high school a hotel- great re-use of a space. Had a very boutique feel. Rooms were a little “cold” with the white walls and minimal decor but so nice to have a kitchenette. Very quiet, very safe and very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Highly recommend this hotel.

I loved this hotel! They definitely decorated well, and I loved the atmosphere. I had a room in the basement, and it was so peaceful I slept for 12 hours! It was neat to have a bar upstairs that you could hangout and meet people at as well, local and traveling.

Huge thanks to James! He was easily one of the most accommodating hotel staff members I’ve ever encountered and truly sets the gold standard for hospitality. The hotel offers a unique, family-oriented experience, but James elevated our stay even further with his 'customer-first' attitude. Even arriving late one evening, we were met with incredible attentiveness. He went above and beyond, proving he truly cares about the guest experience. James is setting the standard for what it means to serve others.

I was really impressed with the customer service. The rollaway bed was really useful. The gym and activities were amazing and we were happy with the water pressure of the shower. Incredible value for the money. The manager and front desk personnel went out of their way to take care of us — we gave them some flowers to say thank you. Excellent service and comfortable heat and beds!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Husband and I stayed here when we arrived during pcsing. They are all super friendly love our dog and we have now become a regular every weekend hanging out at the bar with the best security guard James!

This hotel is beyond awesome! I had an incredible time staying here! Great rooms, awesome activities, and spectacular staff! Led by Rey, and capably assisted by Alison, James, Sarah, Logan, Ava, Margo, and the other hard workers here!

I was excited (and slightly nervous) to stay in a non-traditional (chain) hotel and it was be BEST decision I made in a while! The staff was beyond helpful! Our flights were extremely delayed and we were exhausted from our travel, they helped us with our luggage and walked us to our rooms so we didn't have to look or follow signs! They gave us our keys and waited while we tried them to make sure there was no problem there either! The beds were so comfortable I felt like I was melting away. The rooms were so clean I didn't wear my shoes the entire time, like I do in chain hotels. I love good water pressure in a shower and it was heavenly! If you are going to Leavenworth, you will not be disappointed in this hotel. It's truly the difference in a large conglomerate that doesn't care about the individual customer and a locally owned business that treats you like you are special. I'm almost afraid to leave this review because I don't want it to be completely booked the next time we go! :-)
